I'll never forget watching Toy Story and the little minions were looking at a computer screen in awe and said "Google".  It was the cutest thing ever! Google is powerful.  We all want to rank on Google.  So would you like to find out how to be  a Google Power User?

How to be a Google Power User - Via Who Is Hosting This: The Blog

One of the interesting things I found  was that Google does not recognize punctation or grammar.  There are symbols however ever that it does.

For example the & symbol when you are searching for strongly connected ideas and phrases.

If you didn't take notice here are several things to keep in mind when doing a Google search:

Google Search Tricks: A useful app for getting the most from the search engine.

Google Images: Let's you search for images related to a particular word or phrase

Google Goggles:  This is super cool.  You can search the web using your mobile phones camera instead of words!

Google Trends: Explore trending topics

Google Books: Let's you search and preview books from millions of publishers around the world.  I never realized that.  I've always gone to Amazon but I'm going to definitely try this out.

Google Scholar:  Let's you search for abstracts and articles.

Every business owner wants to stand out from the competition.  One of the ways you do that is by understanding how your customers search.  When you do you are able to make sure you are found by them on Google!

Take the time to go over this infographic and see what areas you can focus on so that your business is seen and heard locally, globally, 24/7 by your ideal customers.
