![]() Mobile devices are all around us. The other day in a Facebook group I belong to I was shocked to hear someone give advice that they didn't need to worry about their mobile visitors!
It’s easy to see that more and more people are embracing the mobile communication lifestyle.
No matter where you go you can see people using their Smartphone’s. I have to admit it fascinates me to see how many people in their 80's are embracing technology. I have a friend who's father loves his iPad and wouldn't be without it. He's not alone. Many of his friends have their mobile devices handy. On average people check their phones 150 times a day, every 6.5 minutes. It’s interesting that 89% of Smartphone users use their phones throughout the day. The question is: How to get more sales from your mobile visitors. The infographic below can help you with that.

Can you imagine working hard to bring traffic to your website and then loosing it because you don't have your phone number where people can find it.
People are 33% less likely to recommend your brand if it doesn't have a phone number. Don't make people search for your phone number. Make sure it's easily accessible so people can reach out to you for their questions or concerns. Considering 2 out of 5 people only have wireless devices and no land line do you think it's important to make sure your site is mobile ready and has all the elements in place to make more sales? If your brand is accessible from any type of mobile device then you are reaching 60-70% of your prospective social media customers. Relationship marketing is about making your business customer driven. In order for your business to grow and thrive you need to have mobile customer engagement. With approximately 5.1 billion people being mobile users mobile marketing is something your company needs to consider. A good mobile ad could help you conduct a survey. This is a great way for you to engage your customers personally as well as gain valuable insights into their wants and needs. Once you know that you can laser focus your marketing efforts. Your website needs to be mobile ready. When visitors come to your site what kind of experience will they have? I've been on sites that weren't mobile ready and it was a poor first impression. Chances are I won't go back to those sites. That being said Google now is penalizing sites if they aren't mobile ready. There's a lot of information in this infographic but what did you find most interesting? Leave your thoughts and comments below. Share this post via the social icons below:) Be Savvy and Successful!
